January: Clarity, Community and CLUBHOUSE

I've spent the first 29 days of the year to get clarity about my intentions, needs and holistic goals for 2021.

Even though there's no such thing as absolute clarity, my top 3 goals for this year now feel clear, realistic and inspiring to me. Here they are:

Work:

I’d love to serve five coaching clients per quarter, and on the side create content, for "The Joypreneur" podcast and more.

In addition, I'm going to explore how to work with a group and create a supportive community of women entrepreneurs, who are on the journey of building (ad)ventures and looking for joy, profit and purpose.

Home:

I'd love to find a calm, cozy and spacious new home, close to nature. Ideally in a creator town :). To do so, we'll check out a different apartment every other week.

Friendship:

I'm kind to myself and explore. To do so, I connect to self, others (to feel shared humanity) and nature. I make time for reading, walking and planning with friends every week. Plans include food or the outdoors, eg skiing.

How to get more clarity?

To get more clarity, I participated in a purpose workshop, did a goal-setting exercise, talked with my friends and my business coach. If you want to get more clarity, I’m happy to talk to you, schedule a conversation here.

Sticking to good intentions is hard.

I’m not a fan of having a rigid structure. I wanted to keep my habits playful, variable and simple.
So to keep me motivated and accountable, I created a yearly habit calendar where I track my habits around cooking, movement, friendship and reading/ writing per week. This reminds me of back in school when I got gold stars for good behaviour ;).

CLUBHOUSE

My main exploration during the last two weeks has been Clubhouse. I find it very interesting and promising to connect quickly, personally and have meaningful conversations that spark ideas and reflection.
